Transactional Information is any information which causes entries in the General Ledger. Examples of these are: A/R invoices Customer Payments Deposits A/P Invoices Vendor Payments Payroll Processing General Entries etc Examples of Non-Transactional information: Customer\ Vendors Employees Inventory Items System Setup options etc. In the video clip the speak says you can create a "customer" report based upon this information, it should have said "custom" report instead.
